Mission & Vision

Technetic is a Maryland based web development and design company that's all about using our knowledge of the internet and passion for websites to help people or companies establish their presence online. For nearly 7 years we have been working with a variety of clients to help them create a unique identity. Our clients include small/medium sized businesses, non-profit organizations, bands and musicians, personal portfolios, blogs, myspace design, and more.

A Short History

The idea behind Technetic was conceived several years back when broadband internet was on the rise, laptops were rare and expensive, wireless wasn't a house-hold term, and I (Paul) was first finding my place on the internet. I started with Photoshop and coded HTML on Notepad (still to this day) to create small personal sites that featuring tutorials, graphics and web resources. Later I moved to bigger things such as providing small businesses and organizations with simple and effective websites. I had a growing desire to understand what I was looking at, how it all worked, and how to replicate some of the amazing and attractive online work I came across. Slowly I began to dive into all things "world wide web" and teach myself the tools I would need. The web and web related businesses are constantly changing and I found myself eager to keep up with the newest trends and technologies. When it comes down to it all, creating websites combines several of my favorite pass times: graphic design, coding, creative thinking, and problem solving. "Technetic" was coined around 2004 and recently acquired an LLC in 2008. I love the job I've created for myself, and I hope spread my enthusiasm to every new client that comes my way.
